- 1 apple peeled (optional) cored, and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large date - pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts

- Mix the apple, lemon juice, date, and cinnamon in a small bowl and let sit for thirty minutes. Top with the walnuts and enjoy!
