Mayo Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise approxomately 7.75 oz
  • 5 teaspoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep Mayo: In a small bowl, add all of the mayo dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Assemble Salad: Add broccoli florets, onion, raisins, and cashews to a large bowl and mix. Add mayo dressing and mix well until it's all well combined.
  3. Chill: Cover and store in the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill before serving.
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

  • Prepare the salad ingredients and mayo dressing separately, then combine about an hour before serving for best texture.
