  • 10 cups apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Peel, core, and slice apples. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and ground cinnamon together. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Pour ½ cup of water evenly over all.
  3. Add oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda to melted butter. Mix well. Evenly crumble over your apple mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy warm with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream!!
