  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream beat until stiff, (or 8 ounces Cool Whip topping, if that's how you roll)
  • 1 prepared chocolate cookie crust (or a homemade chocolate crust)
  • Hershey's chocolate bar for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients apart from the cream and beat them together.
  2. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream or Cool Whip and add it to your pie crust.
  3. Garnish with shaved or grated chocolate.For an elegant finish, use a vegetable peeler to create chocolate curls from the Hershey's bar.
  4. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours then slice and serve directly from the freezer.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, chill it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before adding the filling. This prevents crumbling when slicing.
