Ingredients
- 1 medium fresh pineapple
- 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 pound strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1/3 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh mint (about 8 leaves)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

Instructions
- Remove the peel and core 1 medium fresh pineapple. Cut it into 1/2-inch thick strips and use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out stars. If you don't have a star cookie cutter, simply dice into bite-sized cubes.
- Prepare 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon and hull and slice 1 pound strawberries.
- Add your prepared fruit to a large serving bowl along with 1 pint blueberries, 1 pint blackberries, 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese, and 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh mint.
- In a small bowl, microwave 3 tablespoons honey for 10 to 15 seconds to liquify. Whisk in 1/3 cup lemon juice, then pour over the fruit. Stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
