Blueberry Layer:

  • 12 ounces blueberries 340 grams, fresh
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt 80 grams
  • 2 tablespoons honey or granulated sugar, 30 milliliters
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk, 60 milliliters

Banana Yogurt Layer:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt 300 grams
  • 2 tablespoons honey 30 milliliters
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons milk or almond milk, 45 milliliters

Strawberry Layer:

  • 12 ounces strawberry 340 grams, fresh
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt 80 grams
  • 1 tablespoon honey or granulated sugar, 15 milliliters
  • 2 tablespoons milk or almond milk, 30 milliliters

Instructions

To make the blueberry layer:

  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries with yogurt and honey.
  2. Slowly add the milk and blend until smooth and just thin enough to pour into the glasses. Fill each of the serving glasses 1/3rd full.
  3. Transfer to a freezer until thoroughly chilled, 20-30 minutes.

To make the banana yogurt layer:

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Slowly add the milk and blend until smooth and just thin enough to pour into the glasses. Fill each of the chilled serving glasses 1/3rd full.
  3. Place back into the freezer until thoroughly chilled, 20-30 minutes.

To make the strawberry layer:

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries with the yogurt and honey.
  2. Slowly add the milk and blend until smooth and just thin enough to pour into the glasses.
  3. Freeze until ready to serve.
  4. Allow the smoothie to defrost for a few minutes before serving (if they have been in the freezer overnight, it may take 15-30 minutes to defrost).
