Ingredients
- 4 cups refried beans
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese divided, grated
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese divided, grated
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce Cholula brand
- 4 ounces green chiles canned, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, reserving half of the cheddar and pepper jack.
- Mix well to combine.
- Spread into an 8x8 baking dish and top with reserved cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve with chips for dipping.
