Ingredients

Servings
  • 3 fish fillets that have already been battered and fried

Instructions

Air Fryer Method:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320F / 160C.
  2. Place fish fillets in the airfryer basket or tray, being careful to leave space beteween them.
  3. Reheat for 5-7 minutes, carefully turning over halfway through the cooking time.

Microwave Method:

  1. Place the fish on a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Heat the fish in 30-second increments, turning each time, until the fish is heated through.

Oven Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C and place the fish on a baking sheet.
  2. Heat the fish for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  3. For extra crispy fish, reheat it on an oven-safe wire rack.

Notes

  • Reheat pieces that are similar in size together. If the size varies greatly, reheat them in batches.
  • Leave space between the fish fillets so air can circulate around them.
  • If the coating is already oily, you do not need to use extra oil.
  • For fish with a drier coating, you may want to use a light spritz of oil before reheating.
  • Gently turn the fish over halfway through cooking, being careful it doesn't break.
  • Reheat leftover fish until it reaches an internal temperature of 145F / 63C.
  • Do not reheat fried fish more than once.
  • The cooking times listed are a guide, as air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. I recommend starting out with less time, using a meat thermometer to check for doneness, then adding more time if needed.
  • Storage - keep leftover fried fish in the fridge for 2 days, or freeze for up to a month. Do not store fried fish that has been reheated.
  • There are 7 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving.
