Ingredients
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups rice krispie cereal

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, add the corn syrup and sugar. Stir constantly while you bring it to a boil.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the cereal. Stir until well-coated.
- Use a silicone mat or wax paper. Drop the mix, a spoonful at a time, onto the mat. Roll the drops into balls and cool.
Notes
- Note. Remove the sugar and corn syrup mixture just as it is beginning to boil otherwise overheating will end up creating a dry and crumbly treat.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To freeze, arrange the balls on a baking sheet and place in the freezer. Once frozen transfer to a freezer Ziploc and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw before eating.
