Ridiculously Easy Fresh Strawberry Butter
Description
Ridiculously Easy Fresh Strawberry Butter combines soft butter with mashed fresh strawberries and honey. The butter is creamed until smooth and fluffy before the strawberries and honey are incorporated to create a consistent spread. The use of light-colored honey adds sweetness without overpowering the delicate strawberry flavor.
The method allows for preparation via food processor, hand mixer, or manually with a whisk, making it accessible regardless of kitchen tools. The result is a creamy butter with visible fine strawberry pieces, delivering fresh fruit flavor in a spreadable form.
This strawberry butter is perfect for serving at room temperature on toast, scones, or muffins. Prepared in advance, it can be refrigerated or frozen and brought back to room temperature before use to regain softness. The light sweetness and fresh fruit make it a versatile addition to breakfast or snack time.
