Ritz Cracker Sandwiches

These bite-sized Ritz Cracker Sandwiches are a favorite party appetizer or snack! Filled with ham and melted cheese, then covered in a buttery glaze mixture.

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 8 ham thin slices, deli
  • 8 swiss cheese thin slices
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange half the crackers on a large baking sheet. Tear your swiss cheese into cracker-size pieces and place them on top of each cracker. Repeat with the ham. Top each one with another cracker.
  2. In a small bowl combine the melted butter, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Spoon the butter mixture over each cracker evenly.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crackers are golden. Serve immediately.
