Ingredients
- 1 pound potato cut into one inch pieces, Yukon gold variety
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into one inch pieces.
- In a medium size mixing bowl combine everything except parsley. Toss to combine ingredients.
- Preheat the Air Fryer for 2 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Add potatoes to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Toss the potatoes in the basket and continue to cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender and crisp.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
