Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- parmesan finely grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat with cooking spray.
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil then season with crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Place into the oven and roast for 15 minutes. Flip the broccoli and add the minced garlic making sure to toss to coat evenly with a spatula. Continue to roast for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in a serving bowl then sprinkle with finely grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
