Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half
- Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, with all the flat cut sides facing down. I recommend using a large, heavy baking sheet.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes until browned. Serve immediately.
