Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet, with all the flat cut sides facing down.  I recommend using a large, heavy baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 35-40 minutes until browned.  Serve immediately.
