Ingredients

  • 1 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed & cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or more to taste, ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to the baking sheet and spread in a single layer.
  3. Roast until the Brussels sprouts are starting to brown and are tender when pierced with a fork, turning halfway through, about 25 minutes. Adjust seasoning as desired. Serve.
