  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends and remove or peel the outer layer of leaves.
  3. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a bowl.
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and spices.
  5. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring once about half way through the roasting time. Serve immediately and enjoy!
