- 3 cups of brussels sprouts halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup of dried cranberries

Instructions
- Heat up the oven at 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place the brussels sprouts on the baking sheet and season with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook them for about 20 minutes, then mix in the cranberries, and then cook for another 10 minutes or until they’re tender.
