Roasted Carrots Recipe
Description
The Roasted Carrots Recipe highlights fresh carrots cut on an angle for crisp-tender texture. Tossing them with extra-virgin olive oil and a combination of fresh thyme, Italian parsley, and garlic evenly coats each piece with fragrant seasoning. Kosher salt and black pepper bring out the natural flavors during roasting.
Roasting at a moderately high temperature and turning every ten minutes ensures caramelized edges and a tender interior. This process enhances the carrots’ sweetness and provides a lightly crispy texture on the outside. Finishing with more fresh chopped parsley adds a bright, herbal note and visual appeal.
The finished roasted carrots serve well as a side dish complementing a variety of proteins or vegetarian meals. Their balanced herb and garlic flavor supports everyday dinners or special occasions.
