  • 2 pounds chicken drumsticks
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 pears (any variety, cored and cubed)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 16 cloves garlic (peeled, whole)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
