Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Prep the green beans by washing, drying and trimming the ends. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Bake 20-30 minutes or until roasted to your liking. Serve warm.
