  • Parmesan Cheese grated
  • almonds toasted, sliced
  • lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the green beans evenly between the baking sheets. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the salt and several grinds of pepper. Toss to coat and spread evenly on the baking sheets. Roast for 14 to 16 minutes, or until tender and browned in places.
  3. Drizzle with the lemon juice, if using, and toss to coat. Season to taste, tossing with the grated garlic, if using.
