Ingredients
- 16 oz okra
- 2 tbsp oil olive or avocado
- 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Slice okra into halves, lengthwise. Place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with oil, season with garlic parsley salt and paprika.
- Place okra on a baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Roast at 425°F for 15 minutes or until okra is golden brown. Serve right away.
