  • 2 tablespoons parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon parsley dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lay the acorn squash on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, parmesan, parsley, salt, garlic powder, thyme, cayenne, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the mixture over the squash until it's evenly coated. Place in the oven and bake for 30-38 minutes or until tender and browned.
