Ingredients
- 2 red bell pepper seeded (see How to Roast a Bell Pepper, roasted
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt plain, nonfat
- 3 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
- 1 garlic grated on microplane, clove
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 tablespoon dill minced fresh
Instructions
- Place the roasted pepper, yogurt, feta cheese and garlic in a food processor. Puree until smooth.
- While the food processor is running, add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Puree to combine.
- Add the dill. Pulse a few times. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl. Serve.
