Description

The Roasted Potatoes Recipe starts with dicing white or red potatoes into roughly one-inch pieces. These cubes are tossed in melted coconut or olive oil and seasoned with salt and black pepper to taste, covering each piece evenly. Baking takes place at 400 degrees Fahrenheit with multiple baking and tossing intervals to ensure the potatoes develop a golden, crispy exterior while staying tender inside.

The method’s gradual baking and tossing steps help maximize browning and texture contrast. The result is satisfying roasted potatoes with crisp edges and a soft, flavorful center. The recipe’s straightforward seasoning and method make it adaptable for pairing with many main dishes or serving as a stand-alone snack.

No additional storage or variation tips are noted, but consistent tossing and even cubing help achieve uniform roast and texture.
