Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower. A simple, delicious and versatile side dish. This roasted cauliflower is perfect with a roast or with a pan fried steak.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower large head
- 2 red onions
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon rosemary chopped, fresh
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 220ºC/200ºC fan forced/Gas mark 7.
- Break the cauliflower into small florets and place in a roasting tin,
- Slice the onion into thick wedges and nestle it about amongst the cauliflower.
- Drizzle over the olive oil then sprinkle over the rosemary.
- Season generously with salt and cracked black pepper.
- Roast for 25 mins until the cauliflower is starting to colour.
