Rocky Road Fudge

Rocky Road Fudge combines smooth milk chocolate with crunchy walnuts, semisweet chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows to create a textured and rich candy. This no-bake fudge sets in the refrigerator, making it a convenient treat with a creamy base and a mix of chewy and crunchy elements characteristic of rocky road desserts.

Description

The Rocky Road Fudge recipe starts by lining a deep baking pan with butter-wiped foil to prevent sticking. Butter is melted gently and mixed with milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. The mixture is melted together in the microwave until smooth, forming the base of the fudge.

This chocolate base is poured into the lined pan and left to cool briefly before topping with chopped walnuts, semisweet chocolate chips, and miniature marshmallows, adding varied texture and nutty, sweet accents characteristic of rocky road confections. The fudge is then refrigerated for 3 to 4 hours until fully set.

The resulting fudge is creamy yet firm, studded with crunchy nuts, chewy marshmallows, and chocolate chips, making it a rich and satisfying sweet that can be sliced and served as a snack or dessert.
