A soda shop classic, with a kick! These root beer float jello shots are creamy and delicious and perfect for parties!

- 1 1/2 cups root beer
- 1/2 cup whipped vodka chilled
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin 0.25 ounce packet

- Whipped Cream
- Maraschino cherries

Instructions
- Combine root beer and gelatin powder in a medium saucepan. Stir to mix and allow to sit for 5 minutes for the gelatin to "bloom."
- Place the saucepan over medium heat to medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat entirely and cool for 10 minutes.
- Pour chilled vodka into the pot with root beer gelatin mixture. Stir to combine, then pour into 10 plastic shot glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, or about 2-3 hours.
- When the shots are completely set and you're ready to serve, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
