Rose Milk Tea Latte
Description
This Rose Milk Tea Latte starts with steeping black tea—Ceylon in this case—to achieve a strong, fragrant base. Rose syrup and rose water are added to infuse floral sweetness and fragrance, blending harmoniously with the tea’s robustness. Warmed, frothed milk is poured in to create a creamy body and a smooth mouthfeel typical of milk tea lattes.
The drink carries a balance of bold tea flavor with floral notes from rose, enhanced by the gentle sweetness of syrup and aromatic oils in the rose water. Frothing the milk is key to a light, silky texture that softens the beverage's overall profile. Optional rose petal garnish adds a pleasant visual and aromatic touch.
This latte is best served hot and freshly made to enjoy the contrasting flavors and creaminess at their peak.
