  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons crushed dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the chicken in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine the mustard, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  4. Spread the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the juices run clear.
