Rosemary Garlic Parmesan Pork Tenderloin
Description
This recipe highlights pork tenderloins coated in a mixture of olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and rosemary, spread over the meat to create a flavorful herb and cheese crust. Baking the tenderloins at 350°F allows gentle cooking, preserving the pork’s tenderness while infusing the surface with aromatic herbs and savory cheese.
The garlic and rosemary provide distinctive aromatic notes, while Parmesan adds a slightly nutty, salty dimension. After baking, the pork is rested briefly to redistribute juices and ensure a moist slice when carved. This dish can be served sliced as a main course, pairing well with roasted vegetables or potatoes.
