Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed nuts mix of raw almonds, raw cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 sprig rosemary finely chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup California prunes roughly chopped
- ½ cup dried apricot roughly chopped
- ½ cup toasted oat ring cereal

Instructions
How to Roast Nuts
- Heat oven to 350F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Mix together your nuts of choice in a large heat safe bowl and set aside.
- On the stove top on medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the rosemary for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the salt, pepper, maple syrup, and brown sugar into the mixed nuts and then pour in the rosemary butter mix. Stir to combine.
- Spread the mixed nuts onto the sheet pan in a single layer and roast for 15-20 minutes, making sure to stir at the half way mark.
- Let cool for 10 minutes when done.
Make the Trail Mix
- In a bowl, combine the roasted mixed nuts, chopped California Prunes, chopped apricot, and toasted oat ring cereal.
- Portion out into airtight containers and store in your pantry.
