- 1 small seedless cucumber diced
- 1 carrot peeled and finely diced
- 1 to 2 stalks green onions diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 package seaweed sheets (20 sheets)
