  • 10.5 ounces Rotel tomatoes not drained (1 can)
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese cut into small cubes
  • green onions sliced
  • tomato diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese optional (see note)

Instructions

  1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sausage until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the Rotel tomatoes. Add the Velveeta and stir until creamy and melted.
