Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Meat: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the Sauce Ingredients: Stir in the Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with fresh cilantro or parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
