Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded (skin and bones removed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon fennel crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 8 lices American cheese white
  • 1 tomato sliced, large
  • 8 brioche hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, chicken, salt, pepper, fennel, and red pepper. Heat through.
  2. Slice individual hamburger buns in half. Top each bun with cheese, warm chicken mixture, and a slice of tomato.
  3. Serve immediately.
