This Russian Dressing Recipe for Reuben sandwiches is creamy, tangy and slightly spicy...the perfect condiment for a Reuben Sandwich and more!

Ingredients
- tbsp lemon juice about 1/2 half lemon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbp Chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp horseradish prepared
- 1 tbsp shallot finely minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, prepared horseradish, minced shallot, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt/pepper. Whip together until smooth. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
