  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs plain or lemon pepper seasoned for added flavor
  • 2 Tablespoons basil fresh, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 egg large, white

For a Salmon Burger

  • 4 Hamburger Bun
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 dill pickles sliced
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix salmon, bread crumbs, basil, and salt.
  2. Add egg white and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into four even parts, and form into patties. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat until browned on both sides.
