Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 2 cups coffee 16 fl oz, cold brew preparation
- 4 pumps salted caramel syrup about 1 fl oz, Jordan's Skinny Syrups brand, sugar free
Salted Caramel Cream Collagen Cold Foam
- 1/3 cup milk 2.67 fl oz, Fairlife brand, ultra-filtered reduced fat 2%
- 1 coop collagen peptides protein powder 9.5 grams, Naked Nutrition brand
- 2 pumps salted caramel syrup about 1/2 fl oz, Jordan's Skinny Syrups brand, sugar free
Instructions
- Using a milk frother, froth milk, collagen, and caramel syrup until doubled or tripled in size and smooth. Set aside.
- In 2 tall serving glasses, add ice, then divide cold brew and caramel syrup between the glasses. Top with cold foam and stir before serving.
