Ingredients
- 1 lb sashimi-grade fish ahi, salmon, yellowtail, etc, mix of types
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- ¼ cup green onion chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup soy sauce light
- 1 white sugar rounded tablespoon
- 2 TB Furikake rice seasoning I use Seto Fumi
- ½ - 1 tsp wasabi
- 1 tsp ginger freshly grated
- lime not bottled kind, juice from 1 thick wedge, fresh
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Toss to coat well. Cover tightly and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve cold.
- Serve with short grain rice, for best pairing. Typically white short grain is used, but brown rice is a healthy option.
