Ingredients
- 1 italian style sausages sliced into rounds, Aidells® brand, package
- 2 green pepper seeded and sliced thinly
- 1 onion sliced thinly
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 5-6 mozzarella cheese or grated mozzarella - about ¾ cup, sliced
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 5-6 hoagie roll
Notes
- This is a great recipe to add your favorite vegetables to; mushrooms and zucchinis would be wonderful!
