Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cheese bratwurst sliced crosswise into thin pieces
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 medium yellow onion wedged
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet. Add oil.
  2. Pan fry both sides of the sliced bratwurst until fully cooked.
  3. Add peppers and onion. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic powder and white wine. Stir. Continue to cook until wine evaporates.
  5. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper.
  6. Serve. Share and enjoy!
