Ingredients
- 10.75 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup Undiluted, from can
- 1 C. milk
- 2/3 C. cream of potato soup Undiluted, condensed
- 1/2 C. onion chopped
- 1/4 C. butter Melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 8 red potatoes Peeled and Thinly Sliced, medium size
- 3 C. ham fully cooked, cubed
- 1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese 6 oz, shredded, part-skim
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add the potatoes, ham and cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13 in. x 9 in. baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and potatoes are tender. Let stand for 10 minutes before servings so the sauce can thicken.
