Sesame Ginger Dressing
Description
This dressing combines savory soy sauce and tangy rice wine vinegar with the bright acidity of fresh lime juice. The fresh grated ginger and minced garlic add pungent aromatic notes, enhanced with the warmth of sesame oil and the sweetness from honey. A bit of sriracha brings mild heat, balanced by the water which thins the consistency for easy drizzling.
Once shaken well, the dressing can be used on salads, as a marinade for meats or vegetables, or served as a dipping sauce. Its flavors meld quickly and pack a balanced punch of savory, sweet, tangy, and spicy notes.
It should be refrigerated immediately after making and used within 2 to 3 days for best freshness and safety.
