Sesame Salmon

Sesame Salmon - juicy salmon marinated with soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, vinegar and coated with sesame. Healthy dinner for the family.

  • 1 lb (500g) salmon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for 10-15 minutes, or until the oven is heated.
  3. Transfer the salmon to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and coat the top with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve immediately.
