Ingredients
- 6 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup half and half
- 3/4 teaspoon mint extract pure
- 1/8 teaspoon Food Coloring or more, mint green color
For Oreo Version:
- 10 Oreo cookies crushed
For Serving:
- Whipped Cream
- green sanding sugar
- maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Add ice cream, milk, half and half, mint extract, and food coloring to a large blender. If needed do this in two batches.
- Blend until smooth and once done pour into serving glasses.
- Top with whipped cream, green sanding sugar, and a maraschino cherry.
Oreo Version:
