Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 2 large lemon juiced (approx 1/3 cup juice, plural
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1-2 garlic minced, cloves
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
