Make my shawarma spice blend to use in shawarma recipes. Bold, bright, and full of flavorful seasonings like cumin, coriander, and cayenne.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp black pepper ground
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp cumin ground
- 2 tsp paprika sweet
- 2 tsp sumac ground
- 2 tsp Turmeric ground
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until mixed or alternately blend in a spice blender. Store in an airtight container, good up to 6 months.
Notes
- This is enough for my Middle Eastern Chicken Shawarma recipe.
