Sheet Pan Garlic Paprika Chicken and Veggies is the perfect one pan dish that is full of flavour. You'll have dinner ready in 30 minutes with minimal clean up.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds chicken breast about 3 large breasts, boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoons oregano dried
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups sweet potato about 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 large carrot peeled and cut lengthwise
- 2 cups green beans trimmed and cut in half
- 1 cup mushroom cleaned and halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk together 2 tablespoons dried oregano, 2 tablespoons paprika, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon lime juice, ¼ cup olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper,.
- Spread 2 cups peeled and sliced sweet potatoes, 1 bunch trimmed and chopped asparagus, 1 cup broccoli florets, 2 large peeled and cut lengthwise carrots, 2 cups trimmed and cut in half green beans, and 1 cup cleaned and halved mushrooms onto a large baking sheet.
- Pour half of the sauce mixture over the vegetables, toss them together, and spread them out on the baking sheet.
- Place 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, on top of the vegetables and brush the remaining sauce on both sides of the chicken.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit on a thermometer. Broil for 3-4 minutes to caramelize the tops of the chicken vegetables. Serve immediately.
