Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken and Asparagus

This Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken and Asparagus is a quick and easy weeknight dinner recipe with all the flavors of spring!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 fresh lemons , sliced
  • 2-3 Tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • olive oil
  • 2 oz parmesan , shaved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice lemons into rounds and place the slices on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Place asparagus and chicken tenders over the slices of lemon.
  4. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken tenders with lemon pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Garnish with shaved Parmesan
  8. Enjoy!
